Invesco Q3: ETF assets hit record $775B, operating margin rises to 40.7%

Invesco posted organic growth of 6.5% year to date in its third quarter of 2026, with more than half of net long-term inflows coming from outside the US, mainly EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Operating margin rose to 40.7% as net revenue climbed 4% sequentially while adjusted operating expenses fell 1%. Its ETF and index business hit a record $775 billion in assets under management, growing 15% annualised, helped by demand for the QQQ suite. The China joint venture reached record assets of $166 billion. Invesco used a $1.5 billion five-year floating rate term loan to repurchase preferred stock from MassMutual, paying a 12.5% premium. It expects the deal to add to earnings by 2027, reaching a $0.20 earnings-per-share run rate once the loan is repaid. Management targets margins in the high 30s and a payout ratio of about 60% of net income.
