About the job
- An active Maryland Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license is required.
- Experience administering injectables, including neurotoxin injections, and comfort treating independently are required.
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting, such as a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or concierge practice, is required.
- Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety are required.
- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facial experiences.
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and the provider's personal network.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
- Manage supplies responsibly.
- Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical and support team.
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and grow the provider's client base.
- An existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking is preferred.
- Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations is preferred.
- Availability to treat 10–50 clients per month, from a mix of the provider's network and new Pinch clients, is preferred.
