Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience with digital marketing, customer relationship management, and analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database software.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the admissions and recruitment efforts of the MBA Admissions Office, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Manage website updates and maintenance, email marketing, content creation, customer relationship management data and associated analytics, and market research.
  • Create content for email, blog posts, event promotion, websites, graphics, and video.
  • Assist with the admissions application process.
  • Participate in on- and off-campus recruitment events, including virtual events.
  • Review applications and interview candidates.
  • Serve as a liaison with external organizations and University offices on admissions matters.
  • Create digital marketing materials, content, and strategies.

  • Familiarity with website editing and graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of systems development and implementation.
