Its Fuel Systems unit designs injectors, pumps, engine control modules and complete system solutions with software and calibration; its Aftermarket unit offers replacement parts, diagnostic equipment, and remanufactured products under brands like Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge. The company differentiates itself through its BorgWarner spin-off structure, strong aftermarket brands, and heavy investment in research and development aimed at fuel efficiency and alternative fuels, including hydrogen, ethanol, and CNG, plus carbon-free combustion applications. PHINIA seeks steady growth by gaining share in a shrinking internal combustion engine market while building capabilities for low-emission propulsion.
