About the company

Rise Alliance helps small and mid-sized businesses resolve high-cost Merchant Cash Advance debt through non-adversarial debt settlement and personal guarantee resolution as part of Second Wind Consultants. It uses the RISE Program—Restructure, Insulate, Strategize, Emerge—to restructure payments, shield cash flow from collectors, rehabilitate credit, and re-enter conventional financing with a network of funders. It differentiates itself by avoiding aggressive litigation, preserving the business as a going concern, and leveraging creditor-friendly, collaborative restructuring through its parent firm’s non-judicial restructuring expertise. The goal is to stabilize cash flow, protect business value for stakeholders, and return the company to normal credit markets.
