- Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Secure spoken and written German skills at least at B2 level.
- Handle food and resources carefully and comply with hygiene and quality standards.

- Serve guests at conferences and other occasions in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of special events, such as executive meetings, internal company celebrations, and project completions, as well as daily café-bar operations.
- Present and sell food and beverages in the kiosk, shop, and café bar.
- Learn to calculate food and beverage costs, and process delivery notes and catering invoices accurately in the organization's systems.
- Receive training in applicable hygiene and quality standards.
- Attend an initial digital interview, followed by an in-person meeting or trial work at the campus in Wiesbaden.
