Talent Management is a small but mighty, and growing team that is part of the larger Learning and Talent Development function. We have a vision to help every Klaviyo build, scale and shape their careers and impact with us. About the role
Do you thrive with scaling programs? Because, we believe we are only 1% done in the talent management space and you will have the exciting opportunity to help us build the rest. You’ll bring a fresh perspective on how to shake up our approach to performance and engagement, and be a change agent to help execute on it all. You’ll play with our tech stack, learn its depth and scope, and leverage that same technology to bring our initiatives to life. You’ll partner with the Manager of Talent Management to own the execution of our critical programs such as goal setting, continuous feedback, performance assessment and employee engagement surveys. And you’ll partner with our HRBP team, and other internal stakeholders to continually evolve these same programs to meet the changing needs of the business.
How’ll you’ll have an impact
As a team, we have the privilege and opportunity to build career pathways for 1500+ Klaviyos. We are on the quest to re-imagine and build the best in class performance assessment and career pathways strategy and you’ll be front and center leading some of those ambitious projects. You’ll be the energy influencing people leaders and other stakeholders as we scale the talent initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in the talent management field (bonus points for fast-paced organizations).
- You have experience as a user and/or administrator of an HCM system (Workday, Successfactors, BambooHR, etc.)
- You have a knack to navigate through muddy waters and thrive in a changing environment by leveraging your impact-driving program management skills.
- You’re a strong team player and have a track record of building and maintaining relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- You are a corporate Marie Kondo (or the likes) and bring in your own structure to organize and manage our projects.
