Requirements

Completed vocational training as a technician specializing in electrical or automation engineering, or comparable training; alternatively, training as an electronics technician.
Professional experience and knowledge in automation engineering.
Electrical engineering qualification.
Knowledge of SIMATIC control technology.
Knowledge of programming and parameterization of Lenze systems; knowledge of SEW systems is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of human-machine interface applications is desirable.
Understanding of complex interrelationships and organizational skills.
Willingness to provide shift coverage.
Good German language skills.

Responsibilities

Optimize process workflows on existing production equipment in electrical engineering and measurement, control, and instrumentation technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve faults in networks and bus systems.
Perform maintenance on control, measurement, and regulation technology.
Program Siemens controllers and human-machine interface applications.
Troubleshoot control programs and optimize drive technology.
Communicate and collaborate with external service providers.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of programming and parameterization of SEW systems.
Basic knowledge of human-machine interface applications.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche

- Optimierung von Prozessabläufen an bestehenden Produktionsanlagen im Bereich der E-Technik und MSR-Technik
- Fehlersuche und -beseitigung von Störungen an Netzwerken und Bussystemen
- Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Steuerungs-, Mess- und Regeltechnik
- Programmierung von Siemenssteuerungen und HMI Anwendungen
- Fehlersuche an Steuerungsprogrammen und Optimierung der Antriebstechnik
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern

Qualifikationen

Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker, Fachrichtung Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar, alternativ Ausbildung als Elektroniker
- Berufserfahrung und Kenntnissen in der Automatisierungstechnik
- Elektrotechnische Befähigung
- Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik SIMATIC
- Kenntnisse in Programmierung/Parametrierung Lenze sowie in SEW von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in HMI Anwendungen wünschenswert
- Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Organisationsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtvertretung
- gute Deutschkenntnisse
