About the job
- A completed degree or comparable vocational qualification in human resources, such as a personnel specialist qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or personnel recruitment. Experience in a fast-growing company, startup, or service-industry scale-up is preferred.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process, including active sourcing, job advertisements, applicant management, interviews, selection processes, and contract negotiations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable and recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or StepStone is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills.
- Spanish language skills are desirable; other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Interest in wellness and lifestyle topics and an ability to work in a structured way in a dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to ensure continuous staffing.
- Proactively approach potential candidates through applicant funnels, online platforms, social media, networks, applicant tracking systems, Workable, and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes and make hiring decisions independently.
- Conduct salary and contract negotiations and prepare employment contracts through signature.
- Organize and implement the onboarding process for new employees.
- Strengthen the employer brand by developing and implementing campaigns, initiatives, and workshops for employee retention and recruitment.
- Continuously optimize recruiting processes and collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient workflows.
- Contribute to company, HR, and recruiting strategies.
- Independently manage HR and recruiting projects, including projects in digitalization, recruitment technology, employer branding, diversity, and onboarding.
- Experience in a fast-growing company, startup, or service-industry scale-up, such as wellness, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workable and recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or StepStone.
- Spanish language skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting and everyday HR work.
