- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash areas, and other assigned back-of-house areas.
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other back-of-house support as needed.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
