- Have 3-5 years of experience.
- Be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.
- Provide exceptional personalized service to customers and the community.
- Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings with professionalism, courtesy, and tact.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating above the zone average.
- Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle repair and maintenance service.
- Provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts and service.
- Work closely with vehicle sales managers, group leaders, and technicians.
- Work directly with management to handle customers whose complaints cannot be satisfied at the service-writer level.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, making every effort to satisfy callers' inquiries.
- Meet and greet service customers warmly.
- Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicles to the service department.
- Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to address customers' concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for all recommended services or repairs.
