Jump launches AI-assisted real-time account opening with Schwab and Fidelity

Jump, an AI solutions provider for financial advisors, has launched AI-assisted, real-time account opening with Schwab Advisor Services and Fidelity. The new capability enables advisors to complete the entire account opening process during client meetings, eliminating manual data entry across multiple systems. The platform consolidates client forms, CRM records, custodian portals and signature tools into one connected experience. It draws information from meetings, documents and CRM data simultaneously, capturing missing details during conversations and allowing digital signatures before meetings conclude. Jump's integration with Schwab Advisor Center's digital onboarding launched earlier this summer. The platform now supports asset transfers, ACH bank transfer setup and custom forms. A separate Docusign-based option extends support across additional account types for both Schwab and Fidelity workflows. The company previously announced AI-assisted account opening in June, which prefilled required fields using existing client data.
