Zocks wants Claude to stop waiting for Advisors to write better prompts. September 30, 2026 Zocks has launched an Advisor Intelligence plugin for Claude that packages seven complete advisory workflows into a single installation, allowing an advisor to ask something as simple as "prep the annual review" or "what should I do next with this client" and have Claude execute a predefined analytical process across years of client conversations. The distinction matters: Zocks isn't merely giving Claude more client data. It is telling the AI exactly what work to do with it. The seven skills cover held-away asset opportunities, tax planning, next-best actions, behavioral profiling, client journeys, annual review packages and attrition risk. Each reaches into information Zocks has already extracted from meetings, including goals, concerns, life events, household dynamics and previous decisions, then applies a repeatable procedure to turn that history into analysis or finished client material. That moves the company beyond the AI meeting assistant category it helped establish. Recording a conversation, producing notes and updating a CRM eliminate administrative work after something has already happened. Zocks now wants the accumulated record of those conversations to identify what should happen next. One skill searches recent meetings for references to money held elsewhere, including old 401(k)s, inheritances and business-sale proceeds, then ranks the opportunities and identifies where previous consolidation conversations stopped. Another scans an entire client book for relationships that have gone quiet, producing a prioritized list of households at risk along with the reason each one deserves attention and a suggested way to restart the conversation. The Next Best Action skill goes further. Rather than returning everything Claude can find about a household, it identifies the single highest-value opportunity and shows three alternatives that didn't win. The behavioral skill examines how household members make financial decisions and who actually influences them, while the tax workflow looks across both immediate opportunities and strategies stretching three to five years into the future. Zocks EVP of Product Jim Hardeman sees the problem as one of capacity. Advisors accumulate enormous amounts of context about clients, but assembling everything a household has said across years of meetings and acting on it takes time firms rarely have. The plugin effectively turns that accumulated conversation history into a working memory Claude can repeatedly interrogate. The architecture is important because Zocks isn't trying to build another general-purpose AI model. Claude supplies the reasoning, Zocks supplies the client intelligence, and the skills supply the procedures. Its connector uses the Model Context Protocol to give Claude read-only access to information the advisor is already permitted to see, with access ending when the connection is removed. That also makes the launch a useful demonstration of where wealth-management AI is heading. Anthropic introduced Claude for Financial Advisors two weeks ago with connections to Schwab, BlackRock, Addepar, Envestnet, iCapital, Orion, Wealthbox and other platforms. Zocks was among the launch partners, initially supplying client conversation context to Claude's broader advisory workflows. Now Zocks is packaging its own judgment about how that context should be used. A prompt is whatever an advisor happens to think to ask on a particular day. A skill specifies which information to retrieve, how to analyze it, how to rank the results and what the finished work should contain. That makes good AI execution less dependent on whether every person at a firm happens to be good at prompting. More than 5,000 financial firms were already using Zocks as of June, including Carson, Osaic, Hightower and Kestra Financial. At that scale, the more interesting opportunity isn't saving another few minutes writing meeting notes. It is turning years of conversations scattered across thousands of households into institutional memory that can be examined consistently. The first generation of advisor AI listened to meetings so people wouldn't have to take notes. Zocks is now asking a more consequential question: once the machine remembers every conversation, what useful work should it notice that nobody remembered to ask for?
Zocks wins 2026 Wealthies award for AI Workflow Automation. Zocks won the 2026 Wealthies award for AI: Workflow Automation from WealthManagement.com. September 17, 2026 Zocks won the Artificial Intelligence: Workflow Automation award in the Technology Providers category at the 2026 Wealth Management Industry Awards (the Wealthies), presented by WealthManagement.com. Zocks was selected from 10 finalists in the category. Zocks is the #1 AI Assistant for Financial Services on G2 and supports more than 5,000 financial services firms. Winners were recognized on September 10 at a black-tie gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. The Zocks team was proud to share the evening with so many of its customers and technology partners recognized as finalists and winners across dozens of categories this year. How were the Wealthies winners selected? The Wealthies, now in its 12th year, recognizes business initiatives that enhance financial advisor success and help advisors create better outcomes for their clients. This year's program drew a record 1,392 nominations from 508 companies. Firms submitted initiatives they launched or enhanced during the previous 18 months; categories that celebrate individuals covered achievements from the same period. A panel of independent judges with industry expertise reviewed each submission for innovation, scope, and impact, then announced the finalists in June. Each judge ranked those finalists, and the weighted aggregate of those rankings determined the winner. The panel, led by David Armstrong, Director of Editorial Strategy & Operations at Informa (WealthManagement.com's parent company), included industry consultants, researchers, and editors. There was no fee to be considered. Why did Zocks win the Artificial Intelligence: Workflow Automation award? In 2025, Zocks expanded Zocks from an AI assistant focused on client meetings into a platform that automates workflows across the client lifecycle. Meetings account for a small share of the operational work at an advisory firm, so Zocks built Zocks to also support client onboarding, financial planning, document processing, ongoing client management, advisor coaching and insights, and more. Over the past year, Zocks added nearly 20 new integrations, bringing the total to more than 40 across CRM (including Wealthbox, Salesforce, and Redtail), financial planning (eMoney and RightCapital), tax (Holistiplan), estate (Wealth.com), and portfolio management (Orion). With two-way data flows, open APIs, and Zocks Model Context Protocol (MCP) launched in April 2026, Zocks fits into any tech stack, making up-to-date client data and context available wherever advisors work. See all Zocks integrations. What does Zocks automate for financial advisors? Much of an advisor's week goes to administrative work: preparing for, documenting, and following up on client meetings and conversations; answering emails; completing paperwork; and keeping systems and records up to date. Zocks automates that work by gathering context and insights from client conversations and triggering next-step workflows. It does this without recording, and firms keep full ownership and control of their data. With Zocks, financial advisors can: * Onboard clients and open accounts faster: Zocks completes intake, fact-finder, and account-opening forms using information captured in client conversations * Keep client records current: Details from meetings, emails, and documents sync automatically to CRM, financial planning, and other essential advisor tools, across hundreds of standard and custom fields * Spend less time keying in paperwork: Document Intelligence pulls data from tax returns and other documents in multiple formats - including pdfs and photos - into the right fields * Reply to clients faster: Zocks Email drafts personalized replies using a client's full conversation history and data * Find opportunities across their entire book: With Zocks Client Queries, advisors can ask plain-language questions (like which clients need to take a required minimum distribution in the next two months, or which households have kids but no 529 plan) and get a client list with suggested next-best actions to engage them Advisors who use Zocks report getting back more than 10 hours a week to reinvest in client relationships and in growing their practices. What does this mean for Zocks? This award reflects the hard work of its growing global teams as well as the support of its customers. Zocks now supports more than 5,000 financial services firms, including 7 of the 9 top mega RIAs on the 2026 Barron's list and 2 of the top 3 life insurance carriers. Zocks is grateful to WealthManagement.com and the Wealthies judges, and Zocks congratulate all of this year's honorees. Most of all, a big thank you to the advisors and firms who use Zocks every day, tell Zocks what they love (and what can be improved), and help shape what Zocks build next!
Archive Intel and Zocks unite on AI compliance. September 1, 2026 Archive Intel, an AI-driven communications compliance platform built for financial institutions, has entered into a partnership with Zocks, a privacy-focused AI platform serving the financial services sector. The tie-up creates a new integration that allows information captured by Zocks' AI notetaker to be sent directly into Archive Intel's system, where it is contextually assessed, checked for language that could breach regulatory standards, and stored in a format ready for audit purposes. The move responds to SEC and FINRA rules, which classify output from AI notetakers as electronic client correspondence that firms are obliged to review and hold onto for a period of five years. Existing Archive Intel customers will be able to switch on the Zocks integration directly from within the platform, at a cost of $12 per user each month. Archive Intel positions itself as a compliance system purpose-built for firms regulated by the SEC and FINRA, bringing together archiving and supervision of client communications, AI-assisted marketing review, oversight of compliance obligations, and trade monitoring within one platform. It gathers and examines business communications spanning text messages, email, chat, social media, AI-based chat tools, AI notetakers and the web, using contextual AI to flag regulatory risks while keeping compliance staff involved in reviewing flagged material. Zocks describes itself as a privacy-first, agentic AI platform aimed at financial advisers and firms. It says its AI assistant frees up more than ten hours a week for advisers by handling routine tasks and converting client conversations, emails and documents into structured data linked to a firm's wider technology and AI setup, with the aim of speeding up plan-building and client onboarding, surfacing growth opportunities and helping firms anticipate client servicing needs. Archive Intel founder and CEO Larry Shumbres said, "Archive Intel gives Zocks users a secure way to capture, review and retain data from their AI assistant. This integration addresses that need by helping wealth management firms strengthen compliance oversight, organize critical records and reduce the risk of costly violations." Zocks co-founder and CEO Mark Gilbert said, "Managing compliance across a growing number of client communication channels is a significant challenge for wealth management firms. "By integrating with Archive Intel, we are giving firms a more efficient way to review and retain AI-generated records as part of their existing compliance workflows." Enjoying the stories? SEI partners with Zocks to deliver ai-native workflow automation for financial advisors. Quick summary. SEI has partnered with Zocks to integrate a specialized AI assistant for financial advisors into its wealth management ecosystem. This collaboration enables firms to automate administrative tasks like meeting notes and CRM updates, allowing advisors to focus on client relationships while advancing SEI's goal of becoming an AI-native organization. How does Zocks automate advisor workflows? The integration of Zocks into the SEI ecosystem addresses the administrative burden that often hinders advisor productivity. By leveraging agentic AI technology, the platform transforms client conversations into structured data, automating the most time-consuming parts of the wealth management lifecycle. Key automated features include: * Meeting preparation and real-time note-taking. * Automated client follow-up communications. * Instant CRM and planning updates. * Streamlined client onboarding and form completion. This automation is designed to save advisors 10+ hours a week, converting manual tasks into actionable intelligence that integrates directly with existing firm technology stacks. What results has SEI delivered in its AI strategy? This partnership is a tactical execution of SEI's broader AI-native transformation strategy. Following the appointment of a Chief AI Strategist in June, SEI is focusing on practical AI adoption rather than mere experimentation. The collaboration with Zocks provides advisors with discounted pricing and specialized resources to ensure thoughtful implementation of automated tools. "Advisors are moving beyond AI curiosity and looking for practical ways to embed intelligent automation into the workflows that matter most to their businesses," said Erich Holland, Head of SEI's U.S. Wealth and Advisor Business. By providing enterprise-grade compliance and reporting through Zocks, SEI ensures that scaling through AI does not compromise data security or regulatory standards. How does this strengthen client engagement? By removing the friction of manual data entry, advisors can dedicate more time to personalized financial advice. Zocks allows firms to identify growth opportunities and anticipate servicing needs by analyzing client intelligence gathered during everyday conversations. This shift from time savings to deeper productivity ensures that the AI assistant for financial advisors serves as a bridge to more proactive client management. "Together, we can help more advisors use AI to streamline meeting workflows, accelerate follow-up, improve data quality, and create more capacity for the client relationships that matter most," stated Jim Hardeman, Executive Vice President of Product at Zocks. Ff news take: SEI's move to integrate Zocks is a significant step in the wealthtech arms race. While many firms talk about AI, SEI is delivering tangible utility by tackling the specific 'paperwork' pain points that plague RIAs. By saving 10 hours per week, this partnership directly moves the needle on advisor profitability and scalability, proving that the future of wealth management lies in agentic automation.
