About the company

JetSet Pilates runs a franchised boutique fitness brand focused on Pilates studios. It lets entrepreneurs own and operate their own JetSet studios, offering a 50-minute, low-impact but high-intensity workout that combines strength, cardio, and Pilates principles. The program is delivered in individual studios with guidance from the franchisor and technology that helps manage the business, size, and branding. Revenue comes from franchise fees and ongoing royalties, supported by a recognizable brand and operational tools to help franchisees grow and potentially run multiple studios. The company differentiates itself through a scalable franchise model, strong brand presence, and technology-enabled support to streamline operations, enabling rapid expansion across the United States and Australia. The goal is to expand its network to offer consistent, effective fitness experiences through franchised studios and reach a larger market of customers and would-be gym entrepreneurs.

How JETSET Pilates found its creative match in The Ambitious Group.

How JETSET Pilates found its creative match in The Ambitious Group. A partnership that started with a simple search. When JETSET Pilates started looking for help bolstering its presence across the Triangle, the search was simple enough: find a creative agency in Raleigh/Durham that included content production for local businesses. A few clicks later, they found The Ambitious Group (AMG), and what followed was the birth of an amazing creative partnership that would continue expanding with every exchange. JETSET Pilates is a modern reformer Pilates franchise, founded in 2010, known for pairing fitness with an immersive, music-driven studio experience. Each 50-minute, low-impact session blends strength, control, and flow on a custom reformer machine designed specifically for the JETSET workout, delivering a high-intensity yet joint-friendly full-body workout. The brand has leaned into a distinctive identity built around combining DJ-curated music with fitness for an immersive experience, which has helped it stand out in the crowded boutique fitness space. AMG starts with strategy, not a shot list. From the beginning, AMG did not approach the relationship with JETSET from a traditional content-production standpoint. It opened with questions - about growth, about community, about what JETSET actually needed to become the studio people in the Triangle couldn't stop talking about. What makes this studio feel different? Who are these members? What are their overall fitness marketing needs? That instinct is what separates a creative agency for fitness brands from a vendor who just shows up with a camera. Instead of scattered shoots, AMG built full production days engineered around brand awareness campaigns: instructors mid-motion, the pulse of a packed class, the community that made each studio feel like home. One day behind the lens became weeks of social media content production - fuel for every post, promotion, and studio announcement JETSET needed. This recurring model is representative of AMG's broader approach to client partnerships: creating systems rather than one-off deliverables. "Step Into Spring" Fitness activation comes to life. With AMG's understanding and support of the brand's broader marketing needs, the relationship evolved into a more comprehensive creative partnership. The trust and collaboration grew, and so did the scope. *That's when AMG was tapped to be involved with Step Into Spring, a 150-person fitness activation that introduced its fitness community to prospective clients and created meaningful in-person interactions. Up until then, AMG'S job had been showing up after the fact - capturing what JETSET had already built. This time, AMG got to help build the moment itself. This opportunity allowed AMG to flex its full range of event production knowledge and capabilities as an experiential marketing agency by helping to develop the event concept and coordinating the creative and production components necessary to bring the experience to life. JETSET Pilates grand opening. When it came time for JETSET Pilates to open its doors in RTP and Downtown Durham, AMG was there with the cameras rolling, capturing event photography and videography in the grand opening event marketing style it requires. Every shot had a job to do - proving the milestone actually happened, showing off what makes the space special, and giving JETSET a stack of polished content that kept the excitement of opening day alive on social media long after the last guest went home. Building full experiences, not just checking off deliverables. Looking back, the throughline is unmistakable. JETSET didn't stumble onto just any marketing agency. They found a Raleigh-Durham creative agency that kept showing up with sharper ideas and bigger vision. What started as a simple inquiry didn't stay that way for long. AMG's forward-thinking and initiative distinguished it as a natural collaborative partner for JETSET. AMG spotted opportunities before anyone had to point them out, shaping ideas from the ground up, running production, bringing full experiences to life, and building the visual content to back it all up. It wasn't about crossing "deliverables" off a list. It was about showing up as a real creative partner, one JETSET could lean on for whatever came next. If your brand is ready to move beyond one-off content and build a marketing partnership that grows with you, The Ambitious Group is the Raleigh-Durham creative agency built to make it happen. Reach out to AMG today to start the conversation and discover what a real creative partnership can do for your brand across the Triangle.

Your clients want more. One modality won't cut it anymore.

Your clients want more. One modality won't cut it anymore. The fitness industry is blurring every line between disciplines - here's how coaches can stay ahead of the curve before their clients outgrow them. Sqwod · 18 Sept 2026 The menu is changing whether you like it or not. Your yoga clients are asking about Pilates. Your Pilates clients want strength work. Your strength clients are suddenly obsessed with post-meal walks. Nobody told them to diversify - they just did. The business side of fitness is catching up fast. A Florida Crunch Fitness franchisee just moved into boutique yoga, according to The Business Journals. Chuze Fitness added reformer Pilates through a partnership with iFIT and Freemotion, per Athletech News. JetSet Pilates - a Pilates brand, let that sink in - launched new strength training class formats, also reported by Athletech News. These aren't random pivots. They're operators reading the room. The client who walked in for one thing now wants everything. If gyms are cross-pollinating, your programming needs to as well. What's actually driving this. Clients are more informed than they've ever been. A fitness coach quoted in the Hindustan Times recently ranked cardio formats from worst to best - breaking down everything from running to post-meal walks - and that piece travelled. People are reading, comparing, questioning. Another coach listed ten essential home workout tools in the Indian Express. That's your competition now: content that tells clients what they should be doing before they ask you. Meanwhile, George Kruis - former pro rugby player turned supplement brand founder - told Real Business that his brand fourfive grew by meeting consumers where they already were, not where the industry assumed they'd be. The lesson isn't about supplements. It's about attention. Your clients' attention is fragmented across modalities, formats, and platforms. A coach who only speaks one fitness language is going to lose that attention. This isn't a threat. It's a brief. Your move: build a modality map, not a method silo. You don't need to become a yoga teacher, a Pilates instructor, and a reformer specialist by Friday. You need to stop pretending those things are someone else's problem. Here's a concrete starting point: 1. Audit your current clients' full movement week. Ask them what else they're doing outside your sessions. You'll find yoga, walking, reformer classes, and home workouts already in the mix. Now you're not competing with those - you're contextualising them. 2. Pick one adjacent modality and get fluent in the basics. Not certified necessarily - just conversational. If your clients are doing reformer Pilates, understand what it taxes, what it leaves undertrained, and how your sessions can complement it. JetSet Pilates adding strength training shows the demand is there. Meet it. 3. Give clients a ranked framework for their cardio. The Hindustan Times coach got traction because they organised something clients were already confused about. Steal that format. Send a simple voice note, a short doc, a whiteboard video - your take on how their cardio stack should be ordered and why. You become the editor of their fitness life, not just one chapter in it. The operators expanding into new formats are doing it because their clients demanded range. You have the advantage they don't - you know your clients by name. Use it before the next franchise does. Figures from public sources, as of 2026-09-18. Estimates vary between firms; SqwodTM Hero Dna, LLC link them so you can verify.

JETSET Pilates is coming to Conroe.

JETSET Pilates is coming to Conroe. JETSET Pilates is slated to open a new studio in the 336 Marketplace. Published Date: August 31, 2026, 8:35 PM EDT JETSET Pilates is exercising its growth potential in the Greater Houston region. According to an email from the team and a recently filed Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, the new JETSET Pilates studio coming to Conroe is planned to open within the 336 Marketplace at 381 S LOOP 336W, STE 19. "Conroe is one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas, and there's real demand here for a modern Pilates experience that goes beyond a typical workout," CEO of JETSET Pilates, Bert Albertse, said in an email. "With more than 75 studios across 15 states, JETSET is built around strength, stability, and long-term movement, but just as much around connection. We're creating a third place, somewhere people come for community as much as results." The permit further details that construction is slated to start before the end of this month and is expected to wrap up by mid- November. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated $285,000 construction project, the new JETSET Pilates studio in Conroe should open this fall. The fitness company's PR team shared that the lease and city permits have been secured and the opening is indeed targeted for late November. "The studio's General Manager and Community Lead are already on board and building buzz in the Conroe community via social media," the brand's PR team shared. "JETSET Pilates Conroe offers a premier reformer Pilates experience designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and elevate overall wellness. The studio features expert-led group classes on state-of-the-art reformer equipment, combining a high-energy, full-body workout with the personalized attention of a boutique fitness setting. Beyond the workout itself, the studio is building a community hub in North Houston, a welcoming space where members connect, grow, and prioritize their health together, backed by JETSET's proven training standards and premium studio experience." At the helm of the JETSET Pilates Conroe opening are franchisees Ranbir S. Jamwal and Dr. Vrinda Mohunta. What Now Houston reached out to the two to find out more about the upcoming opening. Unfortunately, What Now did not hear back by the time of this publication. Fortunately, the brand's PR team shared additional details via email. "Dr. Mohunta is a board-certified prosthodontist who trained in India before completing postgraduate work at UCLA and Ohio State. She leads high-touch clinical teams and complex daily operations," the team shared. "Jamwal is an engineer and operator with a B.Tech from India, a master's from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and eight U.S. and international patents. He also serves as a market development manager for one of the world's largest steel manufacturers." Both are equal partners in FIT1-V3RSJ, LLC. The two also own and operate an implant dental practice in The Woodlands, TX. "Together, the pair bring a disciplined, KPI-driven approach to operations, team leadership, and service quality that translates directly to JETSET's manager-led studio model," JETSET Pilates shared. Founded in 2010 by Tamara Galinsky and headquartered in Miami, Florida, JETSET Pilates operates more than 80 studio locations across the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with 400 total locations signed or in development. JETSET Pilates is anticipated to open in Conroe within the 336 Marketplace at 381 S LOOP 336W, STE 19 by the end of November. Love its content?
