  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on luxury brands, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing, particularly using Canva and CapCut to create social media content and marketing materials.
  • Experience supporting and creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and other visual-first channels.
  • Strong photography and video content creation skills, with the ability to capture polished content using a smartphone and/or camera.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and content management tools.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a highly organized manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, and holiday events, activations, shoots, or media opportunities.
  • Ability to work onsite.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day execution of social media across the resort and its culinary and lifestyle outlets, working with the Senior Marketing Manager and agency partners.
  • Support social content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across applicable platforms.
  • Contribute ideas for social content, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities that showcase the resort and its experiences.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media and other marketing needs, including dining, events, activations, amenities, and resort experiences.
  • Assist with creating and editing short-form video and other social-first content.
  • Maintain social content calendars and coordinate assets, approvals, and publishing needs with the Marketing team.
  • Assist with social monitoring and community engagement.
  • Monitor social performance and compile insights to inform future content.
  • Draft and edit copy for social media, email marketing, website content, collateral, signage, event promotions, and other marketing communications.
  • Support consistent brand voice across guest-facing communications.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, brand consistency, and presentation.
  • Assist with website updates, including copy, imagery, offers, events, packages, and other content.
  • Monitor website content for accuracy and identify opportunities for updates or enhancements, coordinating with the Marketing team and agency partners.
  • Maintain on-property channels, online listings, and third-party digital platforms so information remains current and consistent.
  • Support property and public relations partners with media, influencer, and content creator opportunities.
  • Coordinate media and influencer visits, including itineraries, reservations, on-property logistics, amenities, internal communication, and post-visit recaps.
  • Identify relevant content creators and influencer opportunities aligned with the brand.
  • Track influencer and media activity, deliverables, and resulting content.
  • Provide on-property support for media and influencer visits, scouts and tours, interviews, photoshoots, filming, and other public relations initiatives.
  • Assist with integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, packages, events, signage, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agency partners to gather information, assets, and approvals for marketing projects.
  • Support the development and production of marketing collateral, signage, menus, digital assets, and other creative materials.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating photo and video shoots, including shot lists, schedules, talent, locations, and on-property logistics.
  • Organize and maintain photography, video, and creative asset libraries.
  • Assist with marketing needs for resort programming, culinary events, partnerships, and special activations.
  • Ensure marketing materials and digital channels remain current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide administrative, billing, and project coordination support to the Marketing team.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO. CoralTree Hospitality has appointed Jeff Knowlton as chief technology officer to lead the company's enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation and systems optimization across its portfolio. Knowlton brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and technology leadership, digital transformation, guest-facing platform enhancement and operational system modernization to his new role. He will oversee CoralTree's technology roadmap, focusing on improving guest experience, operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure to support the company's expansion. "Jeff's deep expertise at the intersection of hospitality and technology makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. "As we continue to grow, his vision and leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, seamless, and data-driven guest experiences across our portfolio." Before joining CoralTree Hospitality, Knowlton most recently served as chief information officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Sonesta Hotels International.
