About the company

Nosis Bio develops cell-targeted RNA medicines using its Connexa platform, which combines physics-informed deep learning, generative AI, and high-throughput biochemistry to design Targeted Delivery Vehicles for RNA therapeutics. Connexa builds a receptome atlas of the human proteome and identifies over 2,900 targetable cell-specific receptors to reach diverse tissues while reducing systemic toxicity. The company pursues a wholly owned drug pipeline and collaborates with big pharma to apply its platform to high-value indications. Its goal is to deliver precise, safe, re-dosable RNA therapies to hard-to-reach tissues by expanding targetable cell types and advancing preclinical therapeutics toward clinical use.

What believers are saying

  • March 24, 2026 Johnson & Johnson deal opens neurology programs with major pharma funding.
  • July 31, 2025 fibrosis candidate nomination moves Nosis into IND-enabling studies.
  • Connexa™ promises re-dosable, cell-specific RNA medicines across lungs, kidneys, heart, and CNS.

What critics are saying

  • Nosis still lacks human clinical data, so platform risk stays unresolved through 2026.
  • Johnson & Johnson and Daiichi Sankyo can walk if delivery performance disappoints.
  • Roche, Alnylam, and other RNA delivery competitors can outspend Nosis in CNS programs.

What makes Nosis Bio unique

  • Connexa™ mapped 2,900+ targetable receptors, expanding cell-targeted delivery beyond standard RNA platforms.
  • Johnson & Johnson expanded its collaboration on March 24, 2026, validating neurology delivery depth.
  • Nosis nominated its first fibrosis development candidate on July 31, 2025, proving platform execution.
