Our Edmonton Branch, is currently searching an Account Manager that will be responsible for growing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting sales, estimating, and service delivery efforts.

A Day In The Life

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions.
Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.

What We Are Seeing
Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset.
Roofing knowledge.
Estimating experience in an asset.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities.
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings.
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles.
