About the Job

Requirements

  • At least five years of information security experience, or at least five years of DevOps experience with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
  • Experience supporting the operation of security services such as vulnerability scanning, data security, and identity and access management.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data or logs to inform decisions.
  • Ability to write technical support materials and documentation for end users and engineers.
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • A bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and analyze support requests for security and privacy services.
  • Diagnose work needed to meet security and privacy service SLO and SLI targets.
  • Contribute to writing operational playbooks to support end users.
  • Build dashboards to measure service operational quality and actionable metrics.
  • Set service thresholds and respond to alerts when SLO or SLI targets are not met.
  • Collaborate with users to resolve inquiries and share experience that improves service quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams through efficient communication.
  • Improve security processes to strengthen the company's security posture while considering organization-wide processes and requirements.
  • Continuously improve service operations using support cases and operational experience; build and maintain operational playbooks and share best practices with related operations teams.
  • Collect and analyze operational metrics and event data, perform root cause analysis, and identify engineering improvements that help security and privacy services meet SLOs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AWS operations.
  • Knowledge of container environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • CISSP certification.
  • English, Korean, or Chinese language ability.
