About the job
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
- Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as RT or MR, or registered by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists as MR.
- Hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Utilize magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body.
- One year of experience in magnetic resonance imaging.
- Additional life support credential such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program, or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
