Genius Logix partners with Pipedrive to bring smarter CRM to B2B teams. Genius Logix is now a Pipedrive Authorized Partner. Genius Logix is an Official Reseller Partner of Pipedrive, helping B2B teams implement and integrate their CRM. Genius Logix, a vendor-neutral AI-cloud & software partner, joins Pipedrive's partner network to help B2B businesses implement, integrate, and scale their CRM. Sales teams shouldn't have to fight their tools. Partnering with Pipedrive lets us give clients a CRM that fits how they actually sell, connected to the systems behind it, without adding overhead." - Aabid Hussain, CEO of Genius Logix. AUSTIN, TX, UNITED STATES, October 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Genius Logix, a global AI-cloud, software development, and digital growth partner, today announced its partnership with Pipedrive, the sales CRM platform. The partnership expands Genius Logix's ability to help B2B enterprises implement, customize, and integrate their CRM as part of a connected, modern technology stack. For many growing businesses, the CRM is where the problem starts. Sales teams track deals in one tool while finance, operations, and customer data sit in others. Pipelines go out of date, reporting turns into manual work, and leadership can't see the full customer picture. Genius Logix helps close that gap by treating the CRM as one part of a connected system rather than a standalone tool. Through the partnership, Genius Logix will support clients across the full CRM lifecycle: Implementation and configuration: setting up Pipedrive around each client's real sales process, including pipelines, stages, automations, and reporting. Integration: connecting Pipedrive to ERP, finance, marketing, and operations systems so data moves without manual re-entry. Data migration: moving contacts, deals, and history from existing systems with minimal disruption to the sales team. Ongoing optimization: keeping the CRM aligned with the business as teams, products, and markets change. The announcement builds on Genius Logix's vendor-neutral approach. The company works across AWS, Azure, and GCP and is a partner of Odoo, among others. That lets it recommend and integrate the tools that fit each client rather than steer them toward a single vendor. Pipedrive adds a CRM option for sales-led B2B teams in industries including healthcare, logistics and supply chain, fintech, B2B ecommerce, warehousing, manufacturing, and real estate. About Genius Logix Founded in 2023, Genius Logix helps global businesses modernize their infrastructure and scale digital growth without being locked into a single cloud vendor. The company delivers AI-native cloud advisory and architecture, cloud migration and modernization, custom software and ERP integration, managed operations, security and resilience, web design and development, and digital growth marketing across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise environments. Bujeti connects Stripe, HubSpot, QuickBooks and 15+ business tools to automate finance operations for African businesses. Published: September 21, 2026 This Brand Press post is for informational purpose only and should not be interpreted as financial or investment guidance. Always ensure to carry out due diligence. Read all... The new integration ecosystem connects sales, payments, banking and accounting, allowing invoices, collections and reconciliation to move automatically across the tools businesses already use. Bujeti today announced more than 15 native integrations across payments, banking, CRM and accounting, connecting its finance platform directly to tools including Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, Kuda Business, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero and Tyms. The integrations are designed to remove one of the most persistent problems in business finance: important financial information sitting across disconnected systems. A deal may close in a CRM, an invoice may be raised elsewhere, payment may arrive through a processor, and the final transaction may still need to be manually reconciled in accounting software. As companies grow, finance teams often become the human connection between those systems. Bujeti is building that connection into the infrastructure itself. With the new integrations, events in one system can automatically trigger the next financial workflow. A closed deal can become an invoice. A payment can update its status and reconcile against the transaction. Accounting records can stay current as money moves. The result is a finance stack that works more like one connected system than a collection of separate tools, complemented by AI teammates that handle routine finance work. Connecting the systems behind finance. Payments and banking: Stripe, Paystack and Flutterwave connect collections, settlements, payouts, refunds and chargebacks to Bujeti, while unpaid invoices can feed automated collections workflows. Kuda Business connects account activity and balances, giving finance teams a more current view of cash across their accounts. CRM to invoicing: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Odoo CRM connect the sales process directly to finance. When a deal is won, its customer and transaction data can be used to create an invoice in Bujeti. Invoice and payment status can then flow back to the CRM, giving sales teams visibility without requiring finance to re-enter the same information. Accounting: QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero and Tyms connect Bujeti's financial activity to the general ledger, allowing categorised transactions to flow into accounting systems as they happen rather than being reconstructed through uploads at month-end. Workflow automation: Zapier and Make extend Bujeti beyond its native integrations, allowing finance events to trigger workflows across thousands of other business applications. "Imagine closing a $20,000 deal in Pipedrive or HubSpot. That should be the last time someone on your team has to manually move that transaction forward. That is what we are building with Bujeti: the financial work around a transaction should keep moving after the deal closes, without teams spending their time keeping different systems in sync." - Cossi Achille Arouko, CEO and Co-founder, Bujeti From a finance tool to a connected finance layer. For businesses, the integrations are intended to improve four areas that become more difficult as companies scale: visibility, control, collections and financial reporting. A more current view of the business. Collections, settlements, balances and spend can update as transactions happen, giving founders, CFOs and finance teams a view based on current activity rather than manually consolidated month-end data. Faster revenue collection. Finance workflows can begin as soon as a deal closes, reducing the gap between revenue being agreed, invoiced and ultimately collected. Less reconciliation work. Transaction data can move between payment, banking and accounting systems automatically, reducing repetitive data entry and the work required to close the books. Stronger controls as companies grow. Businesses can maintain approval processes, financial policies and audit trails even as they add more tools, teams, accounts and entities. The shift reflects Bujeti's broader ambition to become the financial operating layer connecting the different systems a business already uses, rather than requiring companies to replace their existing software stack. "We're excited about this integration because it brings two important parts of running a business closer together. Bujeti helps businesses manage their financial operations day to day, while Tyms helps turn that financial activity into accurate, up-to-date accounting. "By connecting the two, we're reducing the manual work businesses and accountants have to deal with and making it easier for them to have a clearer picture of their finances." - Ibrahim Adepoju, CEO, Tyms Built with controlled access. Bujeti's integrations use scoped credentials or OAuth rather than customers sharing account passwords. Access is limited to the permissions required by each integration and can be revoked by the business. This allows companies to automate financial workflows while retaining control over which systems and data Bujeti can access. Availability. Bujeti's 15+ integrations are available to customers from the Integrations section of the Bujeti platform. About Bujeti. Bujeti is a finance control centre for African businesses, bringing expense management, corporate cards, payments, payroll, invoicing, vendor management and tax operations into one platform. More than 2,000 companies use Bujeti to manage how money moves through their businesses, with visibility and controls across financial operations. Bujeti's AI layer, BRAIN - Bujeti's Real-time Artificial Intelligence Network - includes four AI Teammates designed to automate routine finance work and help teams spend more time on financial decisions. Bujeti operates across Nigeria, Kenya and Francophone Africa and has raised $2 million from investors including Y Combinator (W23), Entrée Capital, Voltron Capital, Unpopular VC and Kima Ventures. Connect Gmail, Kixie, and Pipedrive: full SDR integration setup. Connect Gmail, Kixie, and Pipedrive by installing the Kixie PowerCall Chrome extension, enabling the Pipedrive integration inside Kixie's dashboard, and then using n8n or Zapier to sync Gmail activity back into Pipedrive contact timelines automatically. SDR teams running Pipedrive hit the same wall every time: calls are in Kixie, emails are in Gmail, and the CRM has none of it unless someone logs it manually. That manual gap destroys pipeline visibility. In my experience it is usually what breaks rep accountability reviews, not effort or call volume. This guide walks through the full integration setup, what works natively, where the native setup falls short, and how to close the gap with n8n so your Pipedrive records actually reflect a complete conversation history. Why all three tools need to be wired together. Kixie's native Pipedrive integration is genuinely good for calls. It auto-logs duration, recording links, and call outcomes to the matching contact record without any rep action. That part works without middleware. Where it breaks down is email. Kixie's Chrome extension adds click-to-call buttons inside Gmail, but Gmail activity itself does not flow back to Pipedrive through Kixie's native connector. Full stop. Pipedrive ships its own Gmail add-on, which lets reps manually pin an email thread to a deal or contact. Useful, but not automatic. The moment a rep is sending more than 20 emails a day, manual logging falls off completely. I've seen this cause real problems in pipeline reviews when leadership assumes a contact is cold because the timeline looks empty, but the rep has been actively emailing all week. The deal gets deprioritized. Then it closes somewhere else. The architecture that actually works: Kixie handles the dialer-to-Pipedrive sync natively, and n8n handles Gmail-to-Pipedrive sync via a Gmail trigger and Pipedrive API write. Together they give you a complete activity timeline with zero rep-side effort. Monthly impressions Searches for 'gmail kixie pipedrive integrations' with zero competing posts targeting this exact query Connect rate lift Kixie's own data shows multi-line PowerCall mode roughly doubles live-answer rates versus single-line dialing Native setup time Kixie to Pipedrive native integration takes under 30 minutes; Gmail sync via n8n adds 1 to 2 hours The full setup, step by step. Install Kixie PowerCall and connect your Pipedrive account Install the Kixie PowerCall Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Log into your Kixie dashboard, go to Integrations, and select Pipedrive. You will be prompted to authorize via Pipedrive OAuth. Once connected, Kixie starts matching calls to Pipedrive contacts by phone number and logging call records automatically. Test with one outbound call to confirm the activity appears on the correct contact timeline before rolling out to the team. Configure Kixie call dispositions to map to Pipedrive activity types Inside Kixie's settings, define your call dispositions: Connected, Voicemail, No Answer, and so on. In your Pipedrive integration settings within Kixie, map each disposition to a matching Pipedrive activity type. When a rep marks a call as 'Voicemail Left,' Pipedrive logs it as a Voicemail activity type rather than a generic call. That distinction makes pipeline filtering actually useful. Skip this step and every call looks identical in the CRM. Install the Pipedrive Gmail add-on for manual email pinning From the Google Workspace Marketplace, install the Pipedrive for Gmail add-on. This surfaces a Pipedrive sidebar inside Gmail where reps can manually associate an email thread with a contact or deal. It is not automatic, but it covers edge cases where a rep has a meaningful async conversation that should be formally logged. Treat it as the exception path, not the primary sync mechanism. Build the Gmail-to-Pipedrive automation in n8n In n8n, create a new workflow with a Gmail trigger node set to fire on new emails matching your domain's sent items or a specific label (for example, 'Pipedrive-log'). Add a Pipedrive node to search for a matching contact by email address. If a match is found, write a Note or Activity to that contact record with the email subject, snippet, and timestamp. If no match is found, route to a Slack notification so a rep can manually create the contact. Set the workflow to poll Gmail every 5 minutes. Add a deduplication check to avoid double-logging Before writing to Pipedrive, add an n8n Function node that checks whether an activity with the same Gmail Message-ID already exists on the contact. Pipedrive's API returns activity notes, so you can query by subject string or store the Message-ID as a custom field on the activity. Without this check, a re-run or webhook retry logs the same email two or three times, and your timelines become noise. This step takes 20 minutes and saves hours of cleanup later. Test the full loop end to end Make an outbound call from Kixie, send a follow-up email from Gmail, then check the Pipedrive contact timeline. You should see the call activity logged by Kixie with disposition, and the email logged as a note by n8n, within a 5-minute window. If either is missing, check Kixie's integration logs first, then n8n's execution history. The most common failure: the email address on the Gmail sent item does not match what is stored in Pipedrive, usually because of a nickname alias versus a full domain address. The gotcha: Gmail aliases and Pipedrive contact matching. The most common break point I see in this setup is contact matching. Kixie matches by phone number, which is reliable. The n8n Gmail-to-Pipedrive match goes by email address, which is fragile the moment your team uses aliases. The trap: Your rep's Gmail is [email protected] but the Pipedrive contact has [email protected] and the email was sent to a CC'd alias. The n8n search returns zero results, the workflow hits the "no match" branch, and the email never logs. You find out three weeks later when a deal falls through and the timeline looks completely empty, even though the rep was emailing twice a week. // n8n Function node: extract all recipients // and search Pipedrive for each one const toAddresses = $input.item.json.to |; const ccAddresses = $input.item.json.cc |; const allRecipients = [...toAddresses, ...ccAddresses]; // Return array for downstream Pipedrive // search node to iterate over return allRecipients.map(email => ({json: { searchEmail: email.trim.toLowerCase; The fix is to extract all To and CC addresses from the Gmail payload and run a Pipedrive contact search against each one. First hit wins. This adds one extra loop in n8n but makes matching resilient to multi-recipient threads, which describes most real sales emails. If you are running into broader sequence leakage issues beyond just Gmail logging, the post on why your sales sequence software is leaking leads covers the systemic version of this problem. Dialer alternatives if Kixie is not the right fit. Kixie is not the only dialer with a native Pipedrive connector. Confirm you are on the right tool before committing to the setup above.
Pipedrive launches Nova AI tool to cut sales admin work. Sales teams often face a familiar tradeoff: spend more time talking with prospects or spend more time documenting those conversations in a CRM. Pipedrive is introducing an AI tool designed to reduce that administrative burden by handling meeting preparation, transcription, summaries and suggested CRM updates inside its sales platform. Pipedrive announced the general availability of Nova, an AI meeting intelligence tool built directly into its customer relationship management platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Nova becomes available globally on September 16 and is included in all Pipedrive plans at no additional cost. The tool works across the sales meeting process. Before a call, Nova can assemble information already stored in Pipedrive, including deal history, emails and previous conversations. During a meeting, it can record and transcribe the discussion. Afterward, it generates a summary, identifies next steps and recommends updates to CRM records. Discover more Local Marketing Services Business Operations Software Business Legal Structure For small businesses with limited sales staff, that combination could reduce the amount of time employees spend switching between customer conversations, email, meeting notes and CRM data entry. Australian property technology company Snug tested Nova before its general release. Snug, whose software is used by more than 73,000 property managers and 1.5 million renters in Australia, said the technology saves its six-person sales team between 30 minutes and one hour per sales meeting. "Nova saves me at least half an hour to an hour per deal meeting in terms of note-taking, transcribing and follow-up action steps," said Justin Butterworth, Founder and CEO of Snug. "The tool essentially triples the size and effectiveness of our sales team. We're not having to do all of the manual sales administration, preparation, follow-up. We're getting a second set of eyes and intelligence on every conversation." The time savings highlighted by Snug could be particularly significant for smaller sales organizations, where administrative work can consume capacity that might otherwise go toward prospecting, customer relationships and closing deals. However, Snug's experience represents one company's results, and the amount of time saved will likely depend on existing sales processes and how extensively a team uses its CRM. Pipedrive points to its own research as evidence of the administrative problem it is attempting to address. Its 2026 CRM Trends Report, based on a survey of 1,000 sales and marketing professionals, found that 42% of respondents spend at least 40% of their working day on activities that do not directly generate revenue. Only 11% identified actively closing deals as one of their most frequent weekly activities. Discover more Business funding resources Advertising & Marketing Business News Another Pipedrive report found that 71% of professionals spend at least 10 minutes preparing for each customer call by reviewing sources such as emails, CRM records and previous interactions. Nearly half, 47%, said follow-up work or CRM updates frequently take more than 24 hours to complete. Nova attempts to consolidate several of those tasks. Before a meeting, the system pulls together available customer and deal information already recorded in Pipedrive. That could help a salesperson quickly review where a negotiation stands, what was discussed previously and what actions remain outstanding without manually searching through multiple records. During calls, users can record conversations through Pipedrive's desktop app or use Nova's visible notetaker in Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The feature includes configurable consent and participant notification settings, an important consideration for businesses recording customer conversations. Businesses using meeting recording technology still need to consider their own policies and applicable recording and consent requirements. Requirements can vary depending on where participants are located, so companies may need procedures governing when recording is appropriate and how employees obtain consent. After a meeting, Nova produces a transcript and summary, identifies follow-up steps and proposes changes to information such as a deal's stage, value and expected closing date. The system does not automatically apply those changes. Salespeople can review, edit and approve suggested CRM updates before they become part of the customer record. Discover more Business ideas list Accounting software reviews That human review component addresses another issue identified in Pipedrive's research. According to the company's report, only 23% of surveyed professionals said they would be very comfortable allowing AI to complete tasks automatically without their review. Meanwhile, 43% said the AI capability they most wanted was assistance drafting emails, summaries and notes that they could review before sending or saving them. "Everyone in this category is trying to build an autopilot, and I think that's the wrong plane to be flying. What actually helps a rep isn't more automation. It's more confidence. Nova gets everything else out of their way so reps can spend that energy doing the one thing they're actually paid to do: sell. That's what we built Nova to do," said Joe Futty, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Pipedrive. For small business owners evaluating the feature, the usefulness of Nova will depend partly on the quality of information already stored in Pipedrive. Pre-meeting briefings rely on available CRM data, emails and past conversations, meaning businesses with incomplete records may get less value from those preparation features than companies that consistently maintain customer information. AI-generated summaries and CRM recommendations also require oversight. A mistaken deal value, expected closing date or next step could affect forecasts and follow-up decisions if accepted without review. Pipedrive's approval process allows employees to verify proposed changes, but businesses will still need to make that review part of their workflow rather than treating AI-generated information as automatically accurate. The lack of an additional charge could make Nova easier for existing Pipedrive customers to test without adding another standalone meeting intelligence subscription. Because the technology operates within Pipedrive's infrastructure, customers also do not need to deploy and manage a separate AI meeting application. For smaller sales teams, the larger question will be whether Nova can consistently turn conversations into reliable CRM information while reducing the administrative work surrounding each deal. If it does, salespeople could spend less time reconstructing meetings and updating records after calls and more time working directly with prospects and customers.
Pipedrive has launched Nova, an AI meeting intelligence tool integrated into its CRM platform. Available globally from 16 September 2026, Nova briefs salespeople before calls, records and transcribes conversations, and drafts CRM updates afterward. The tool is included in all Pipedrive plans at no additional cost. It works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, requiring user approval before applying CRM updates. Australian property technology company Snug piloted Nova and reports it saves its six-person sales team between 30 minutes and one hour per meeting. Snug's software serves over 73,000 property managers and 1.5 million renters across Australia. Pipedrive's 2026 CRM Trends Report found 42% of sales professionals spend at least 40% of their day on non-revenue generating tasks.
