- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Clean areas throughout the dealership to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for dealership employees and customers.
- Perform seasonal cleaning in and around the area as instructed.
- Clean work areas, empty trash, and collect scrap and used materials.
- Perform routine building maintenance, including painting as needed.
- Wash windows, glass doors, and glass panels throughout customer areas.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors on schedule.
- Clean the driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
- Maintain yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
