  • HRIS experience, such as Workday, as well as proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suites
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of HRBP experience, with direct experience supporting SaaS, start-ups, or other rapidly scaling organisations within tech
  • 5+ years experience leading and supervising others
  • Experience influencing and advising leaders on talent and employment situations
  • Experience coaching teams and leaders at all levels of the organization on personal and team development
  • Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic HR business partnership and coaching to people leaders to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talent across the region
  • In partnership with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, serves as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Utilises data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs
  • Identifies organisational gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enables teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently
  • In partnership with the Talent Management COE, supports the creation, launch, and execution of all Talent Management initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and organisational design
  • Provides counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
  • Collaborates with Global HRBP and COEs to build and implement programs and initiatives across EMEA
  • Supervision and inspirational leadership to the EMEA People team
  • A member of the EMEA Leadership team
  • Ensures adherence to regional compliance and statutory requirements
  • Prepares the region for scale and has the ability to balance short term needs with long range planning
