Responsibilities

Work with experts in self-driving vehicles to design and develop large-scale foundation models trained on real-world data.
Frame open-ended real-world problems as well-defined machine learning problems; develop and apply deep learning, reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and other approaches; scale solutions to data pipelines; and streamline them to run in real time on cars.
Develop and deploy deep learning models, including vision-language models and large language models.
Design and implement multimodality and multitask perception models focused on areas such as 3D object detection and tracking, segmentation, semantic understanding, video understanding, scene understanding, traffic control, and trajectory prediction.
Optimize deep learning models to run robustly under tight runtime constraints.

Desired Qualifications

Have publications at top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, or AAAI.
Have experience applying machine learning or deep learning to behavior prediction, imitation learning, or motion planning.
