Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day relationship for assigned clients and serve as the primary liaison between the client and Assurant.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a proactive, high-touch communication approach.
  • Understand each client’s business priorities, upcoming milestones, audits, risks, and service needs so concerns can be addressed before they become escalations.
  • Respond to client questions and issues, identify appropriate internal owners, and coordinate stakeholders through resolution.
  • Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams such as Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and other business areas.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to complex client needs, including billing concerns, system or data-connection issues, communication and content updates, service questions, and catastrophe-response needs.
  • Develop recommendations based on program performance through financial analysis, report challenges, and provide solutions and alternative recommendations to the client or Assurant.
  • Advocate for and manage client change requirements specified by Assurant and supporting functional teams to comply with business guidelines, state compliance, and governed statutes.
  • Build internal and external networks to remove barriers and deliver timely solutions for clients.
  • Participate in annual business reviews, quarterly business reviews, client meetings, and team meetings.
  • Support relevant parts of contracting and other client initiatives while maintaining primary focus on client relationship leadership.
  • Monitor overall operational service-level agreements and work with operations teams to maintain contractual service-level performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior or current experience in Mortgage Servicing or property and casualty insurance.
  • Candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones are preferred.

Assurant and Cogeco partner to offer mobile device protection and trade-in solution in Canada

Assurant has partnered with Cogeco Communications to launch a digital-first mobile device solution for Canadian customers. The collaboration gives Cogeco mobile users access to network-compatible devices through Assurant's ecosystem, including new, refurbished, and certified Open Box models from Best Buy Canada. Assurant Q1 earnings jump 76% on lower catastrophes and strong investment income

Assurant reported first-quarter 2026 net operating income of $5.95 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 10.2% and rising 76% year over year.
