  • Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations full time.

  • Ability to support critical building shutdowns and provide 24X7 on-call coverage for branch operations disruptions and escalations.
  • Must be able to work without immigration sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Fidelity lead for the Central Retail Region, working with the outsourced facility management provider, landlords, and vendors to oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, contract performance, and issue resolution.
  • Respond to facility escalations, coordinate emergency response activities, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Lead maintenance programs and vendor services that support business continuity, operational excellence, and client experience.
  • Partner with Wealth Leadership, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and Engineering Services to support regional priorities, capital projects, asset lifecycle initiatives, and portfolio improvements.
  • Oversee partner resources managing day-to-day facilities management operations, including cleaning services, HVAC and engineering, and critical infrastructure service delivery.
  • Ensure the outsourced operations alliance partner provides quality property and facility management services in accordance with its contractual agreement, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Support refreshes, capital replacements, and Green Globe certifications.
  • Respond to portfolio-level risks and critical asset issues, supporting continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives.

Fidelity closes $451M real estate debt fund, doubling predecessor's capital

Fidelity Investments has closed its second real estate debt opportunities fund at $451 million, more than double its predecessor's committed capital. The Fidelity Real Estate Debt Opportunities Fund II attracted backing from institutional investors, family offices, registered investment advisers and high-net-worth individuals. The fund invests in private real estate loans across property sectors and opportunistically in tradeable real estate debt securities. Co-portfolio manager Bill Maclay said there is a compelling opportunity in real estate debt as investors seek strategies tied to tangible assets for income and diversification. Harley Lank, head of high income and alternatives at Fidelity Investments, said the strong response underscores investor confidence in the portfolio management team.

And surprisingly, the top answer wasn't Robinhood. 1. The best overall: Fidelity investments. ChatGPT put Fidelity at the top of its ranking for beginners, and the reasoning was straightforward. Zero-dollar trades, no account minimums, strong research tools and a wide selection of free index funds make it the most complete beginner platform available. The bigger argument for Fidelity, ChatGPT said, is that it grows with you. Most investors eventually want more sophisticated tools, and Fidelity provides them without requiring a platform switch. 2.
