Award-winning innovation: How recognition reflects Convey's momentum.

Award-winning innovation: How recognition reflects Convey's momentum. By Convey News At Convey, Convey, LLC believe the future of customer engagement is more proactive, personalized, and connected. That vision is driving the way Convey, LLC build technology for utilities and regulated industries, and it's also earning recognition along the way. Over the past two years, Convey has been recognized for business growth, technology innovation, leadership, and brand transformation, including being named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies, receiving a Gold Stevie(R) Award for Technology Breakthrough of the Year, and earning a Platinum MarCom Award for Strategic Communications for Branding Refresh. While each award recognizes something different, together they tell a bigger story about where Convey is going and the growing need for smarter customer engagement across utilities and regulated industries. Recognized for growth. Convey's inclusion on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list marks an important milestone for its company. The Inc. 5000 recognizes some of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, and being included reflects the momentum Convey, LLC has built as demand for modern customer engagement technology continues to grow. For utilities and regulated industries, customer expectations are changing quickly. Customers want timely information, convenient digital experiences, and communication through the channels they already use. At the same time, organizations are managing increasingly complex operations, regulatory requirements, and pressure to do more with existing resources. That makes customer engagement more than a communications function. It's an important part of how organizations operate. Convey helps utilities and regulated industries use proactive communication and intelligent workflows to keep customers informed, reduce avoidable calls, streamline operations, support payments, and create better experiences across critical moments in the customer journey. Its growth is a reflection of that shift and of the trust its customers place in Convey, LLC to help them navigate it. Recognized for technology innovation. Growth is only meaningful when it's accompanied by innovation. In 2026, ConveyIQ received a Gold Stevie(R) Award for Technology Breakthrough of the Year as part of the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence. Convey CEO Maulik Datanwala was also recognized with a Bronze Stevie(R) Award for Executive of the Year. The recognition highlights the work behind ConveyIQ, its engagement operating system purpose-built for utilities and regulated industries. Organizations don't need more disconnected communication tools. They need technology that can bring data, systems, communications, and workflows together to create more intelligent engagement. ConveyIQ is built around that idea. From outage communications and billing alerts to payments, service updates, and customer programs, ConveyIQ helps organizations connect what is happening operationally with how and when customers are engaged. The result is a more contextual approach to communication, helping utilities and regulated industries move from reactive notifications to proactive customer engagement. Recognized for transformation. The story behind these awards started with a transformation of its own. In 2025, Message Broadcast became Convey, marking the next chapter in its evolution and introducing a broader vision for customer engagement in utilities and regulated industries. That transformation earned Convey a Platinum MarCom Award in Strategic Communications for Branding Refresh. The award recognized the strategy and creative work behind its new brand, from its visual identity to the way Convey, LLC communicate its expanded vision to the market. But the rebrand was about more than a new name or look. It represented its evolution from a communications provider into a technology company focused on helping organizations create more connected, intelligent, and human customer experiences. Its new identity reflects that vision and the broader capabilities Convey, LLC continue to bring to utilities and regulated industries. More than awards. Awards are a great opportunity to pause and recognize how far Convey, LLC has come. But for Convey, the real measure of success is what happens for its customers. It's the utility that can proactively communicate an outage instead of waiting for customers to call. It's the customer who receives a clear, personalized billing message before a confusing bill turns into a call. It's the operations team that can automate routine communications and focus its time where it matters most. And it's the organization that can use one connected engagement strategy across the moments that matter to its customers. That's what drives Convey, LLC. The recognition Convey, LLC has received reflects the work of its team, the trust of its customers, and the growing importance of customer engagement across utilities and regulated industries. How Convey is looking ahead. Four awards. Three different areas of recognition. One larger story. Convey is growing. Convey, LLC is innovating. And Convey, LLC is continuing to transform how utilities engage with their customers. Convey, LLC is proud of the recognition, but even more excited about what it represents: a future where utility communications are more proactive, more personalized, and more connected to the customer experience. And Convey, LLC is just getting started. Frequently asked questions about Convey's award-winning technology. What awards has Convey recently received?
