Lab37 Robotics builds robotic systems that automate food assembly on restaurant lines. Its flagship product, the Bowl Builder, handles live order assembly from bowl dispense to bag close, using thermally controlled dispensers and intelligent controls for custom orders and dietary needs. What sets Lab37 apart is pairing robotics engineering with culinary expertise, cutting labor costs and defects while holding consistency at peak volume. The goal is to make great food more accessible by helping restaurants scale without added staffing burdens.

What critics are saying

  • Multiple startups, including Miso, are chasing restaurant automation with bigger brands and patents.
  • Lab37 discloses no commercial system count, signaling weak market traction and opaque adoption.
  • If CloudKitchens retools strategy, Lab37 loses its captive distribution and existential backing.
