Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be willing to accept $17.50 per hour.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, except for religious observances.
Must be willing to work the available schedule.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers professionally, in a friendly manner, and in a timely manner.
Provide efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
Answer incoming calls about reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
Place outgoing calls for callback management and other assigned purposes.
Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
Notify management of known customer problems.
Notify management of known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
Build knowledge and skills and pursue on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative.The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position is $17.50/hour

This position is located at 19575 S State Rd 7, Boca Raton, FL 33498

THIS IS A PART TIME SEASONAL POSITION.

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below

Monday 7:30AM-6:00PM

Tuesday 8:00AM-12:00PM

Wednesday OFF

Thursday 8:00AM-12:00PM

Friday 7:30AM-6PM

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

Responsibilities
