The system relies on pipeline integrity, routing, scheduling, and safety protocols to deliver fuels reliably from suppliers to end users, with decisions guided by data and stakeholder engagement. Its goal is to provide safe, dependable energy infrastructure that supports commerce, travel, and national security while improving environmental, social, and governance practices.
