About the job
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, and no prior manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work around heat, noise, industrial equipment, sharp parts, heavy carts, process lines, and chemicals, using hearing protection and other safety equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
- Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage.
- Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.
- Record production information accurately.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals.
