Requirements

An active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan is required.
A minimum of two years of previous critical care experience is required.
Employees must be vaccinated or have laboratory-confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella, and must receive an annual influenza vaccine or have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

The Critical Care Pool covers the intensive care unit, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department.
The Telemetry Pool covers A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, and C4.
The Med-Surg Pool covers B3, B4, C3 Adult, D4, D5, D6, and Rehab.
Pool nurses rotate through the units worked to maintain competency in each area.
The role requires flexible scheduling, including two holidays per year and every third weekend.

Pool RN III B- Critical Care, Telemetry and Med/Surg

Critical Care Pool will cover ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery and Emergency Department
Telemetry Pool will cover A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, C4
Med-Surg Pool will cover B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, Rehab
