About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features or products, or demonstrable depth building with AI tools such as prototyping, agentic workflows, or automation in day-to-day work.
  • A working understanding of how large language models behave, including their strengths, failure modes, prompt and context design, and output-quality evaluation.
  • A proven track record of launching 0-to-1 products and managing existing features in coordination with offered services.
  • An understanding of the financial advisor ecosystem, advisory platforms, investment products, regulatory requirements, and common advisor workflows, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Experience with agile development, user research, and discovery; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Hands-on daily use of AI tools and familiarity with their capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, validating ideas with working prototypes rather than only product requirements documents.
  • Design the end-to-end on-platform and off-platform experience for advisors and internal service teams, including workflows, handoffs, and service-level agreements; determine where software, automation, and human expertise belong.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to prototype features, query and analyze production data, synthesize user feedback, and draft product artifacts.
  • Define quality bars and evaluation approaches for features and services, including testing and monitoring accuracy, trust, and adoption after launch.
  • Translate complex financial-services and wealth-management business needs into product direction, working software, and actionable stories for engineering and design.
  • Influence leadership and the product roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities for the advisor experience and aligning strategic thinking with company strategy.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Define and analyze product metrics such as adoption, automation rate, time-to-resolution, and quality to measure success and inform future decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech is strongly preferred.
