Requirements
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.
  • Experience in distribution, logistics, customer service, or customer success.
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • A strong service orientation, structured working style, and ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for customers.
  • Identify risks early, prevent escalations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and successfully process orders.
  • Manage exceptions proactively and communicate actively with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with defined service-level agreements.
  • Build sustainable customer relationships through high service quality.
