We are seeking a motivated and service oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Scarborough. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to assure they have the best coverage.  This is an in-office position in Scarborough, Maine.   

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Review and update client policies as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
• Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.

Requirements:

• Maine Property & Casualty License or previous insurance agency experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary:  $45k to $55k
