  • At least 4 years of experience working with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies; the posting labels this qualification optional.
  • At least 3 years of experience using SQL Server, including creating complex stored procedures, indexes, views, and jobs.

  • Experience administering SQL databases, including creating and restoring backups.

  • At least 3 years of experience as an analyst, data analyst, ETL analyst, ETL developer, or in a similar data-focused role, with exposure to data warehousing concepts and ETL.

  • Experience working with external clients and providing solutions based on their requirements to achieve automated, scalable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Present technical overviews of apexportal and its technical requirements to clients when planning implementations and upgrades.
  • Implement apexportal Solutions software for global clients.
  • Design and develop workflows and user interfaces for apexportal functionality and present them to key stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in designing and developing interfaces between their ERP systems and apexportal, and lead testing of ERP integrations, including reconciling data between client ERP systems and apexportal.
  • Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for client implementations.
  • Provide information and recommendations to leadership on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Regularly review corporate policies and enforce policies documented in the Apex Corporate Security Standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MS SQL certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of or exposure to Kubernetes and Grafana is an added advantage.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable applications in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or J.D. Edwards is preferred.
  • Knowledge of report migration, subscriptions, and data extraction from ERP systems is preferred.
