Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
Zero to three years of related work experience is preferred.
Employees must comply with required vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption policies for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and influenza.

Responsibilities

Fulfill food service functions such as cashiering, meal service, trayline service, food preparation, utility-dishroom work, nutrition assistance, or patient ambassador duties.
Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.
Attend designated classroom and virtual training programs.
Work on a trayline to distribute food when assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description

A Day in the Life

The Foodservice Worker Level 1 (FSW) may fulfill any of the following roles:
- Cashier
- Meal Service Attendant
- Trayline attendant
- Food Preparation
- Utility-Dishroom
- Nutrition Assistant
- Patient Ambassador
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.

Complies with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.

Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.

May work on a trayline to distribute food.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
