Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the performance work statement.
  • Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Must meet Tier 1 personnel security and onboarding requirements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Federal Department of Defense service contracts.
  • Manage large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
  • Manage staffing, subcontractors, schedules, costs, risks, quality, and customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and interact with Government customers.
  • Manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
  • Current or recent Defense Health Agency/Program Management and Acquisition Enterprise Medical Product program experience.
  • Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead experience.
  • Experience at Fort Detrick.
  • Defense Health Agency medical acquisition and product-development support experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification or comparable project/program management certification.
  • Experience managing federal contracts with more than 50 full-time equivalents.
