Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Prior Medical Billing, Insurance Billing, and/or Contact Center experience is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a background screening.
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish, or English and one of Russian, Khmer, Mandarin, Laotian, Vietnamese, Somali, or Korean.
  • Able to sit, talk, or hear regularly; use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with inquiries in a compassionate, timely, and professional manner.
  • Meet customer service objectives to support positive business growth and development.
  • Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow.
  • Participate in professional development and training activities.
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
