EōS Fitness plans new Forney location. The fitness chain EōS Fitness is adding another North Texas location as it continues expanding across the state. Published Date: September 17, 2026, 9:24 PM EDT According to public filings, EōS Fitness is planning a new location in Forney at the northwest corner of Gateway Boulevard and US 80, adding another gym to the company's growing Texas footprint. The planned location will be in Kaufman County. EōS Fitness is a 'High Value. Low Price.' fitness chain offering strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, recovery amenities, saunas, and other wellness-focused services. What Now Dallas reached out to EōS Fitness representatives to inquire about the opening timeline, but did not receive a response prior to press time. Permitting records list a construction completion date targeted for August 2027. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive. The company operates more than 225 locations nationwide that are open or in development. The Forney project comes as EōS continues to expand throughout Texas. In July, the company announced that it opened nine new gyms and signed nine additional leases across six states during the second quarter of 2026, while noting that Texas remained a key part of its growth strategy. At the time, EōS said it had reached 30 gyms statewide. The company's Texas expansion is also one What Now Dallas has followed for several years. Posted by Patrick Urbainczyk on September 14, 2026 0 Comments Central Florida is getting four new EōS Fitness gyms between 2027 and 2028 - and the flagship of the bunch is backfilling one of the more stubborn vacancies at one of Orlando's oldest shopping centers. What is EōS Fitness bringing to Colonial Plaza? EōS signed a lease for 42,780 square feet at Colonial Plaza, backfilling the long-vacant former Conn's HomePlus space. The location, at 2628 E Colonial Drive, is set to open in 2027. True to the brand's low-barrier model, memberships will start at $9.99 a month, and the club will operate on a 24/7 access schedule. Amenities planned for the space include the brand's signature MOVEōS Cinema, an outdoor training area called The Backyard, a dedicated recovery room, a Kids' Club, and a Refresh area with a cold plunge, hot tub, and infrared sauna. Where else is EōS expanding in Central Florida? Orlando is just one of four Central Florida locations EōS has lined up, all part of a national push toward 250 gyms by 2030. The well-known gym is planning to open in the West Oaks neighborhood within the Kingsbridge Commerce Park. According to the brand's website, the new EoS, listed as "coming soon," is set to open at 9025 Highway 6 S. The gym opening date is listed as 2027, but no word just yet on when exactly in 2027 the new EoS gym set to come to West Oaks will open.
