Verify data, complete state forms, disburse taxes and fees, and submit forms to the state.
Process new and pre-owned registrations using the dealer’s software system.
Process pre-owned title transfers.
Prepare and distribute title envelopes.
Follow up on all incoming titles.
Maintain and reconcile schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs.
Identify internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Controller.
Maintain error logs.
Process payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pull contracts, and forward them to financial institutions.
Verify Finance and Insurance (F&I) data against documents.

Job Description/Job Responsibilities
