- Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology with additional training in MRI.
- Graduate from an accredited MRI school or from an accredited Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Sonography, or Radiation Therapy school with additional training in MRI.
- Be MRI registry eligible or MRI registered; if MRI registry eligible, become MRI registered within six months of the date of hire.
- Hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Participate in a rotating holiday schedule to ensure continuous patient care.
- Perform or train in MRI and magnetic resonance angiography studies of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, extremities, and breast.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating and working as part of the patient-care team.
- Use the EPIC electronic medical record system for patient care and documentation.
- Experience with GE, Siemens, Hitachi, and Philips MRI magnets.
