The premium collaborative sneaker comes in custom bespoke packaging within a handmade tote bag crafted by historic local tailors Stewart Christie & Co, and accompanied by a limited 24-page commemorative zine illustrated by renowned skate artist Jon Horner. Ahead of the highly-anticipated release on Saturday, October 17, a teaser promotional video, filmed in the Scottish Highlands, has appeared on social media. Cooper Flagg and New Balance unveil his official signature logo.

Cooper Flagg and New Balance unveil his official signature logo. October 11, 2026 Deal Type: Signature Athlete Logo & Brand Identity Announced: October 8, 2026 * New Balance unveiled the official "CF" signature logo for Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg during the NBA China Games in Macao. * The emblem features sharp geometric lettering with pine-tree cutouts honoring Flagg's home state of Maine. * Agent Lloyd Frischer of Sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) negotiated the branding milestone. * The launch marks the next phase of Flagg's partnership as he begins his second NBA season following his Kia NBA Rookie of the Year win. New Balance has officially debuted the personal signature logo for Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg. Brokered by Lloyd Frischer of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the announcement took place at a New Balance event at the NBA China store in Macao, where the Mavericks are playing in the 2026 NBA China Games. The new logo features a sharp, interlocking "CF" monogram. The "C" integrates clean pine-tree cutouts along its outer edge to represent Flagg's roots in Newport, Maine, while the "F" nests diagonally inside the frame. Flagg explained that keeping his home state at the heart of the aesthetic was a top priority during the creative process. The milestone builds on Flagg's multi-year relationship with New Balance. He previously served as a primary face of the company's basketball roster when he starred in New Balance's 950 global campaign and promoted the Hesi Low v2. Beyond footwear, Flagg has assembled an elite endorsement portfolio. As an ambassador for financial app Chime, he recently co-starred in a campaign alongside Larry Bird, adding to earlier tie-ups with Gatorade and AT&T. New Balance continues to expand its basketball division around individualized player platforms. The Boston-based brand recently introduced the first signature shoe for Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey, rolled out the "KAWHI V" with two-time NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard, and featured Los Angeles Sparks forward Cameron Brink across key performance campaigns. Flagg enters his second professional season after winning the 2025-26 Kia NBA Rookie of the Year award. Following his preseason games in Macao, the 19-year-old star returns to Dallas to anchor the Mavericks' 2026-27 campaign. Unveiling a custom logo for a player entering only his second professional season signals New Balance's confidence in Cooper Flagg as a generational brand cornerstone. Rather than relying on standard corporate templates, New Balance opted for authentic visual storytelling by carving Maine's pine trees directly into the typography. This personal identity sets the groundwork for player-exclusive sneakers and eventual retail apparel lines. As Flagg moves from top rookie to franchise leader in Dallas, New Balance is proving it can build a competitive, athlete-first basketball roster to challenge traditional market giants. How does Cooper Flagg's pine-tree logo compare to iconic NBA player marks like LeBron James' crown or Kobe Bryant's sheath? Do you think New Balance will launch a full Cooper Flagg signature sneaker before the end of the 2026-27 season?
