About the Job

Requirements

  • Have 2–3+ years of experience in a media agency, publisher, or highly analytical environment such as finance, consulting, or analytics with strong data skills.
  • Have direct exposure to media execution, hands-on builds within demand-side platforms, platform analytics, trafficking/tagging/pixel basics, pacing, or optimizations in linear TV, OTT/CTV, digital audio, and/or display.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and be comfortable reviewing campaign data to identify clear next steps.
  • Have basic testing literacy, including awareness of A/B testing, simple lift concepts, and statistical significance.
  • Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through; be comfortable sending and tracking network orders and traffic instructions accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Have solid business writing and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and setup of media buying plans across TV, audio, and display, ensuring campaigns align with briefs and client goals.
  • Prepare accurate, on-time reporting inputs and weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review updates.
  • Support senior team members in client touchpoints by explaining performance, updates, and next steps in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Execute approved campaign modifications, including promotional dates, budgets, pacing, and frequency caps, and consult management when larger adjustments are required.
  • Apply Tinuiti playbooks, standard operating procedures, checklists, and templates for buying, negotiation support, setup, quality assurance, and delivery checks to meet quality standards for frequency, viewability/invalid traffic, and brand safety.
  • Maintain high standards for brand safety and verification, frequency and overlap control, and compliance across campaigns.
  • Build skills in audience selection, placement and inventory quality, creative rotations, and ad formats; seek and apply feedback to improve day-to-day work.
  • Stay current on TV, video, audio, and display trends and cross-channel connections through partner meetings and independent research; share learnings to inform recommendations.
  • Promptly escalate campaign deviations, capture outcomes in standard readout formats, and share feedback through existing channels.
  • Operate buying, execution, and research platforms, including demand-side platforms, ad servers, and planning tools, using standard operating procedures.
  • Set up and rigorously quality-assure line items, orders, tags, and pixels under the direction of senior buyers and leads.
  • Assist in evaluating new partner offerings, basic proposals, and beta features; organize information so the team can decide what to test, adopt, or deprioritize.
  • Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, delivery metrics including reach and frequency, and pacing; flag anomalies, under-delivery, or issues such as viewability and invalid traffic, alongside possible next steps to senior buyers and strategists.
  • Pull and quality-assure data to build accurate recurring reports and analyses, translating metrics into clear, actionable internal updates.
  • Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses and concise readouts.
  • Propose and test data-backed optimizations, such as creative rotations, audience refinements, and placement adjustments; monitor initial results before suggesting wider rollout and document actions and learnings to support process improvements.
  • Use checklists and quality-assurance processes to reduce rework, catch errors before launch, prevent over- or under-delivery, and minimize non-converting spend, non-viewable or invalid-traffic exposure, and audience overlap.
  • Maintain a clear task list, meet tight deadlines, independently confirm completion, and document both fixes and outcomes.
  • Work on special projects such as updating rate cards, cleaning domain lists, and refining quality-assurance templates to improve department operations with clients and partners.
  • Seek feedback, develop media skills, and adopt new tools, artificial intelligence, and ways of working.
  • Focus on outcomes and evidence, delivering clear, simple updates and explanations to the core team.
  • Manage a precise task list, escalate risks early, and own results end-to-end.

Desired Qualifications
