About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferred; candidates with equivalent experience may apply.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services is required; direct client-facing experience is highly preferred.
  • A strong foundation in financial knowledge is required.
  • Familiarity with derivatives, structured products, private funds, and IPO-related services is an advantage.
  • Holding MAS Appointed Representative status or completing relevant CMFAS examinations is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills are required.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality service are required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new high-net-worth client acquisition, assets under management growth, and revenue targets by proactively building and maintaining relationships with high-potential clients.
  • Partner with the Analyst team to support client engagement on portfolio-related matters and provide information on financial products, including equities, mutual funds, structured products, and derivatives.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify sales opportunities, and generate leads through investment seminars, client events, and roadshows.
  • Oversee account setup processes and ensure client documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery and enhance client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
