Because every product shares the same underlying data model, AI can pull accurate, real-time context about a company's people, finances and policies, and take action within each customer's existing permissions and audit trail, already in Rippling. In practice, this means that rather than suggesting how to onboard an employee in a new country, Rippling AI can run the process itself, applying the applicable tax rules, provisioning account access, shipping devices, enrolling benefits, and routing approvals through the appropriate stakeholders, all within the company's existing controls and audit trail. The launch marks the next phase of Rippling's investments in AI and India. September 8, 2026 Advertising agency Deutsch has secured Rippling's global media account, taking responsibility for paid media strategy, planning and buying as the workforce management technology company seeks to strengthen its international brand. The appointment will also see Deutsch manage custom audience strategy and ongoing analytics while working with Rippling on integrated marketing campaigns.
