What You’ll Do• Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step.• Serve as the subject matter expert—teaching, coaching, and helping technicians grow their skills.• Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.• Ensure technicians feel supported, confident, and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.What We’re Looking For8+ years of residential plumbing experience, you’ve seen it all and can diagnose problems quickly.A true expert in all things plumbing, from installs and repairs to advanced troubleshooting.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly over the phone or video.A natural coach and mentor, patient, encouraging, and able to teach through challenges.Tech-savvy enough to navigate video calls, internal systems, and documentation tools.If plumbing is second nature to you and you’re ready to trade in your tools for an opportunity to teach, we want to hear from you. Apply today and become the expert every technician calls when they need answers.
