About the Company

Highwire

B2B professional performance conditioning for teams

Highwire is a business-to-business training provider that helps corporate teams perform better under pressure. It runs facilitator-led, high-intensity simulations and group coaching for cohorts of up to 25 professionals, focusing on real-world practice in decision-making under ambiguity, feedback, and clear communication. The program is built on Knopman Marks’ decades of exam-prep and professional development experience, with at least 70% of each session devoted to active, real-world practice and immediate, actionable coaching. This approach aims to close the readiness gap between managers’ performance expectations and teams’ self-perception by building deliberate practice habits in high-stakes environments. Highwire’s goal is to improve workplace readiness and practical skills so professionals can perform reliably in critical moments.
