What believers are saying

  • Federal buyers have established routes: Davenergy lists a government purchasing schedule and prime Veterans Affairs and military contracts.
  • Electrical designers get location flexibility: Davenergy's posted role is fully remote with limited site travel.
  • Project coordinators receive retirement contributions: Davenergy's posting lists 3% of salary plus annual profit sharing.

What critics are saying

  • Remote technicians still face sudden travel: Davenergy's field electrical role requires availability on one week's notice or less.

  • Federal screening gates employment: Davenergy's electrical design posting makes all offers contingent on a government background check.
