Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.
As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.
We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.
If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.
Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about:
For this role, we are looking for product designers who start without being asked and help shape the direction of the product. You talk to customers all the time, and you explore and test ideas quickly with prototypes. You use AI every day. You know when to go fast and rough and when to get the details right, and you choose the tool that fits. You work closely with engineers, product managers, analysts, and other roles. After launch, you check how the work performs and keep improving it.
What we are hiring for
We are hiring product designers for three areas: Email, Growth, and Internal Tools. Mid-level and senior designers are both welcome.
Email. Email at Infobip lets companies create and send email, receive replies, connect email to other systems, and use it with the rest of Infobip. Much of the product is technical, and many of the people you design for are developers, along with marketers and the teams that watch whether mail arrives. You design setup, address checks, deliverability, logs, and what to do when sending fails. You need to understand how the system actually works. Your work covers the whole Email business unit and the other units that use Email.
Growth. Growth is how a person finds Infobip and starts using it without a salesperson. They sign up, get something useful, stay, pay, and then use more of the platform. You also design what happens when they get stuck, and you talk to people who left. You keep trying more than one version of a flow and watch which one more people get through. Your work covers the platform and the paths people take on their own.
Internal Tools. These are tools for people who work at Infobip, not products we sell. Your users are here, so you can sit with them, build the tool with them, and see quickly if it helped. You ship a first version fast, then improve it with the people who use it, set it up, and keep it running. If a flow is slow or confusing, they lose time every day.
What you'll do
What makes you a strong fit
Send us your portfolio. Show work where you found a problem, tried more than one way, shipped something real, and learned from it. We want to see the work, not only read about it. Real product work is better than slides.
Diversity drives connection
Infobip is built on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
No matter your race, gender, age, background, or identity — if you have the passion and skills to thrive, there’s a place for you here.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other part of one's identity.

Infobip brings Product Marketing professionals together in Zagreb and opens new career opportunities. The BipTalks Product Marketing Meetup will take place on November 5 at Infobip's Zagreb campus. The program will focus on market positioning of technology products, collaboration between marketing, sales and product development, and opportunities to work in a global Product Marketing team. Reading Time: 2 mins read How can complex technological functionalities be translated into value that users understand and that convinces them to choose a particular product? This is one of the questions that will be addressed at the BipTalks Product Marketing Meetup, an event organized by Infobip on November 5, from 6 PM to 9 PM, at its Alpha Centauri campus in Zagreb. The meetup is intended for experienced marketing professionals, particularly those working in IT and technology companies, as well as professionals involved in strategic product positioning, market development and go-to-market strategies. The focus will be on the role of Product Marketing in connecting technological capabilities with customer needs and business objectives. Examples such as banking notifications on mobile phones, order confirmations via WhatsApp or interactions with AI assistants illustrate how deeply technological solutions are embedded in everyday communication. However, their adoption also depends on how successfully companies communicate their value to the market. This aspect of business will be at the center of the meetup program. The main presentation, titled Two Words That Stopped My Pitch: "So What?", will explore how technical product features can be translated into tangible benefits for users. The panel discussion Product Marketing: Myths, Reality and Everything in Between will bring together experts from Infobip who will discuss the responsibilities, challenges and collaboration between product development, sales and marketing in a global technology company. The event also has a career development dimension. Infobip, which operates through more than 75 offices across six continents, is currently hiring for several positions within its Product Marketing team. Meetup participants will have an opportunity to learn more about working on global technology products, including solutions based on artificial intelligence. Participation is free, with a limited number of places available. The meetup will take place at the Alpha Centauri campus, located at Utinjska 29 in Zagreb. Registration and the detailed program are available on the official event website.
Infobip and Yamaha strengthen customer communication through WhatsApp. JAKARTA, JakartaWeekly.com - Infobip and PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) are strengthening their collaboration to develop digital customer communications through WhatsApp, including generating and following up on leads, supporting remarketing initiatives, and delivering personalized interactions. Adita, Digital Customer Experience Manager at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, said digital engagement should strengthen every stage of the customer journey, enabling the company to reach consumers through channels they trust. "Working with Infobip helps us create more connected and responsive communications, reaching customers through the channels they trust most. As customer expectations continue to evolve, this collaboration allows us to stay close to our customers and deliver experiences that are more relevant, timely, and meaningful," Adita said. Infobip and Yamaha Indonesia have been collaborating for more than two years. Infobip supports Yamaha's integrated WhatsApp customer engagement strategy across the company's website, social media platforms, and various customer touchpoints. According to Infobip, more than 75% of Yamaha Indonesia's consumers actively use WhatsApp. The messaging platform has become an important channel for the company to communicate with its customers. Yamaha has also expanded its use of WhatsApp at large-scale public events, including Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ), or the Jakarta Fair. During the event, thousands of visitors scan QR codes daily to access interactive experiences through WhatsApp. Through the platform, visitors can complete surveys and answer questions to help build their profiles, participate in gamified activities, and receive gifts. These activities enable Yamaha Indonesia to gain a better understanding of customers' needs and interests. The development of digital customer communications comes amid changing purchasing behavior among prospective motorcycle buyers in Indonesia. Consumers increasingly seek product information through social media, websites, and YouTube video reviews before visiting a dealership. This shift has increased expectations for fast, seamless, and personalized communication at every stage of the customer journey, from initial product research to interactions with dealerships. Kukuh Prayogi, Enterprise Business Director at Infobip Indonesia, said customer expectations in Indonesia's automotive market continue to evolve, particularly regarding speed, convenience, and personalization. "What makes this collaboration impactful is Yamaha Indonesia's commitment to creating connected experiences throughout the customer journey. Together, we are delivering more dynamic and scalable conversations to help turn interactions into measurable business value," Kukuh said. Through the collaboration, Yamaha Indonesia is strengthening its ability to deliver more personalized conversations, generate and follow up on leads, and support remarketing initiatives. These efforts aim to extend customer engagement beyond brand awareness to activities that contribute to business outcomes. Going forward, Infobip and Yamaha Indonesia plan to further develop automation, chatbot experiences, and personalized communication journeys to strengthen customer engagement in Indonesia's automotive sector.
