- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when/where if required and as regulated
- Greet guests as they begin their TooJay’s experience and set a welcoming tone
- Communicate accurate wait times to guests
- Engage guests with suggestions of a favorite meal
- Maintain cleanliness of high touch points throughout the restaurant and restrooms
- Maintain compliance with Covid-19 cleanliness standards and related protocols
- Work in coordination with restaurant team to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Adhere to the dress code and safety requirements including wearing a clean uniform and appropriate protective equipment as required
